SHIPPING DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL
Before signing for your parcel, you need to verify if the light is in good condition. If the light was damaged in shipping, you could refuse the parcel then the shipping company will get it returned to us. Once we get the damaged light, we will reship a new one to you. If it is only a small problem, you can sign it first, and we will give you a refund of 10~20USD or some discount (5%~10%) on your next order.
DETAILS OF WARRANTY PROCEDURES
You can refer to the flow chart below to operate.
1. If the light has been tampered with or it is found that damage is caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee to pay. If the warranty seal is broken without our consent, your warranty becomes void. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling light, etc., the warranty is void. Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of Mars Hydro. We reserve rights to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
2. For some old discontinued model, that we sell with the special clear stock price, we provide 3 months period of warranty. After 3 months, you may need to pay related fees for warranty service.
3. We only provide a warranty to customers who bought from the authorized stores, such as our official website, authorized Amazon/eBay store, retailer, distributor, agent.
4. Mars Hydro Tents are FINAL SALE upon usage, if you have any problem with your tent when arriving, please contact us right away, after that, we won't accept the warranty application.

Post Warranty Service
After your warranty has expired you’re welcome to send your light for repairs or purchase parts from us directly. You will be responsible for the shipping and parts costs for the repair or service.

A: According to the feedback from our distinguished customers, some lights are not available to send to the service center for warranty repairing when insignificant growing stage. We would like to offer you used replacement lights in order to make the repair proceed temporarily. Used replacement lights conditions listed as below: A: We will charge deposit before sending replacement light out.
B: You will cover the shipping fee of the replacement light to & from the service center.
C: You must send back the replacement light in one week after receiving the fixed light.
D: We will fully refund the deposit if the replacement light is in good condition.
